Lets begin on the review of how I overstretch-ed my right hand.

(1)It began ystd, under intense pressure from my flying instructor. With his razor sharp eyes constantly monitoring my body movements, I did not dare to let any muscle loose and so, my hand was on the aircraft's throttle for like half-an-hour without resting?! Nope, no arm rest at the side of the seat. And what's more, the stress that came from the flying just stiffens my muscles and it "opened" the door to more overstretching that is to come.

(2)Had my maths exam today and Im sure many know what's the amount of statements we hv to write for our maths exams. Those clear mathematical statements that can explain the solution of a question to ppl as young as 3-4 year olds. (Isn't this what our teachers always like to tell us??). This continuous writing paves the way for more muscle tearing.

(3)Played pool with marcus today at amk after the maths exam and since it was a 1-on-1 match, naturally more chances to hit and erm all the stretching, aiming, hitting made it worse. What's more, I lost. So its definitely not worth it,indirectly.

(4)Went to my grandma's place after the pool session and played with my cousin's WII. Instead of opting for more "stationary" games, I played those like golf, bowling, tennis,BOXING,baseball, table tennis, fishing, basketball racing. Bowling and boxing were the main master minds. And I had a very good sweat after all that. I can just estimate that the amount of pespiration I had at tt moment was as good as what I hv after a 2.4km run. So why not stay at home to do so??

All in all, a whole day's activity can make your hand break. Conclusion? I love my hand. FULL-STOP!

PS. I forgot to add that typing this post out also made it worst in one way or another. =(
